Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

Can I return my product?
All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to assist you with the replacement.
Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging with tags.
