All orders are shipped directly from Malaysia.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 3-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

We use trusted local courier services such as Poslaju, Ninjavan, SkyNet, J&T decided by availability of your area.

Returns

Can I return my product?
All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns. In cases where you do receive a defective item, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please email us at hello@shopmontigo.com for us to assist you with the replacement.

Only eligible for replacement if items are in original packaging with tags.
