Customised products are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds due to a change of mind. Warranty claims will be accessed accordingly to the Montigo warranty policy.
Processing and delivery times for customised orders:
- West Malaysia: Up to 7 business days
- East Malaysia: Up to 12 business days
