Colour Print is a customization method where designs are printed directly onto the bottle surface using UV-cured ink. The ink is instantly dried using ultraviolet light, creating vibrant and detailed prints.

Colour Print is durable and designed for long-term use. However, unlike engraving, the design sits on the surface of the bottle and may wear over time if not properly cared for.

With proper care, Colour Print remains vibrant for a long time. However, excessive friction, harsh cleaning methods, or dishwasher use may cause fading, scratching, or peeling over time.

Yes, Colour Print is water-resistant for normal daily use. Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve the print quality.

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling and details before confirming their order. If an error is caused by us, online orders will be refunded as store credit, covering both the item and colour printing fee.

Colour Printing is available only for the Roamer Tumbler 33oz (Core Collections only, excluding Limited Edition collections).

Colour print placement is fixed and cannot be personalised.

Our Colour Print warranty is valid for 7 days from delivery and covers issues like fading or peeling under normal use; damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or customer handling is not covered.

Text and icon engraving services are available in official Montigo stores equipped with engraving machines.

In Stores: Absolutely! Bring any item from any of our collections to your nearest store, and we'll be happy to engrave it for you on the spot.

Online: Most of our collections are eligible for online engraving. However, a few exceptions apply:

• Limited Edition Collections (e.g. Porcelain, Senja Collection)
• Limited IP Collections (e.g. Toy Story Inseparable Pals, Miffy Daily, Disney Classics, Disney Tsum Tsum, Disney Cats, Winnie the Pooh Collection) 

These are currently not available for engraving online.

For online engraving:

• Text: Centered on the back of the bottle

For in-store engraving:

• Text: Choose from multiple placements—back or front, at the top, bottom, center, or above the boot. You can also select vertical or horizontal orientation.

Tip: Feel free to browse our customers' masterpieces for placement inspiration!

Online: Roman letters and spaces only.
Offline: Any keyboard characters are allowed.

• In-store purchase: You’ll receive your engraved drinkware on the spot after purchase. Engraving is usually completed immediately or within the same day, depending on the queue and workload.
• Online purchase processing and delivery times:

1. West Malaysia: Within 3-5 business days
2. East Malaysia: Within 8-10 business days

All personalisation is done using a precision laser engraver, creating a permanent finish on your drinkware. Please note that the final color and texture may vary slightly depending on the bottle colours.

Not at all. Laser engraving is safe and does not affect the quality or performance of your bottle. It’s perfect for names, logos, and even intricate artwork — giving your bottle a lasting, personal touch.
