What an experience getting these! I placed my order, waited excitedly for the delivery... only to realize I'd entered the wrong address! I immediately reached out to the Montigo team, but by then the parcel was already on its way back to them. The Montigo team was incredibly kind!! Instead of making me wait for the returned parcel and another round of processing, they arranged a replacement shipment as soon as everything was sorted out. And last week, my Snoopy collection finally arrived! Thank you, Montigo team, for going the extra mile! I really appreciate the amazing customer service!
